Galvanized steel sheet Magnelis

It is produced on a classic industrial hot dip galvanizing line, and is dipped in a molten bath comprising a unique metallic chemical composition with 3.5% aluminium and 3% magnesium. The 3% magnesium is crucial as it creates a stable and robust layer across the entire metal surface, providing a far more effective protection against corrosion than coatings with lower magnesium content.

Magnelis® coating is characterised by grey, smooth and homogeneous appearance. Magnelis® is available with a standard environmentally friendly E-Passivation® finish (transparent CrVI-free tempory protection).
